Troubleshooting Guide

This guide covers common issues when connecting Kajoo to Sitecore and how to resolve them.

  • Verify the Sitecore URL and API Key are correct.
  • Confirm the Kajoo plugin is installed and published in Sitecore.
  • Make sure the API Key item is published and that CORS Origins includes https://app.kajoo.ai or *.
  • Ensure your gateway is publicly accessible and properly configured.
  • Check that Kajoo’s static IPs are whitelisted in your firewall or VPN.
  • Look for DNS, SSL, or network errors on your gateway.

"Convert Site to Jamstack" Does Not Work

  • Confirm the Preview URL is correct for your environment.
  • Ensure the JSS Site Name matches exactly (case-sensitive) with what is configured in Sitecore.
  • Verify your Sitecore instance supports JSS and headless rendering.
