Troubleshooting Guide
This guide covers common issues when connecting Kajoo to Sitecore and how to resolve them.
- Verify the Sitecore URL and API Key are correct.
- Confirm the Kajoo plugin is installed and published in Sitecore.
- Make sure the API Key item is published and that CORS Origins includes
https://app.kajoo.ai

. - Ensure your gateway is publicly accessible and properly configured.
- Check that Kajoo’s static IPs are whitelisted in your firewall or VPN.
- Look for DNS, SSL, or network errors on your gateway.
"Convert Site to Jamstack" Does Not Work
- Confirm the Preview URL is correct for your environment.
- Ensure the JSS Site Name matches exactly (case-sensitive) with what is configured in Sitecore.
- Verify your Sitecore instance supports JSS and headless rendering.
