At Kajoo, we value feedback and feature requests from our app users. This document outlines various ways users can provide feedback to us.

Documentation Feedback

While viewing the documentation, if you find any grammatical or spelling issues, or anything that doesn't make sense, feel free to use the Suggest Edits option. You'll find this in the top right-hand corner of the webpage, as highlighted in the screenshot below:

Clicking this button will take you to a page where you can edit the content and submit your changes for approval. If you're not comfortable making the changes directly, you can also email [email protected] to request documentation updates.

Kajoo.ai Feedback

When using the Kajoo.ai app, you'll find a feedback tool called Usersnap at the bottom center of every page. Here's what it looks like:

Clicking the Report Issue button opens the following screen:

This feature allows you to highlight various parts of the screen using the icons in the upper left corner and attach them, along with an additional comment, to your feedback. When you're finished providing feedback or want to exit this screen, simple click the X in the top right corner.
