Deactivate a User
Organization Admin
An Account Owner can deactivate users in their organization, preventing them from logging into the Kajoo application. To configure this option for a specific user, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Kajoo application using an account with the role of
Account Owner. - On the Dashboard page, click
Teamin the left-hand navigation menu. - Locate the user you want to deactivate by using the User Search feature or browsing through the pages until you find them.
- Click the three vertical dots next to the user you want to deactivate and select
Block.- To reactivate a previously deactivated user, select the
Activateoption from the same menu.
