Deactivate a User

Organization Admin

An Account Owner can deactivate users in their organization, preventing them from logging into the Kajoo application. To configure this option for a specific user, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Kajoo application using an account with the role of Account Owner.
  2. On the Dashboard page, click Team in the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. Locate the user you want to deactivate by using the User Search feature or browsing through the pages until you find them.
  4. Click the three vertical dots next to the user you want to deactivate and select Block.
    1. To reactivate a previously deactivated user, select the Activate option from the same menu.
