Confirm the Kajoo Plugin Installation

This guide provides steps to confirm proper installation of the Kajoo plugin in your Sitecore environment. After confirming a successful installation, the next step is How to Register a Sitecore Instance.

Steps to Confirm Installation

1. After installing the plugin, you should see the Kajoo icon on the Sitecore launchpad.

2. Click on the Kajoo application. The first time you do this, you'll see an option to log in to Kajoo. Use your Kajoo login credentials here, not your Sitecore Content Management credentials. If you encounter connection issues with Kajoo during this step, it's likely due to problems with the installation and/or configuration of your Content Security Policy when installing the Kajoo plugin.
