It gives enterprise and agency teams a coordinated set of AI agents that work within your existing tools, repositories, and DXP environments — accelerating the implementation work while keeping your team in control at every step.

In Kajoo, "agentic" means AI agents carry out structured delivery workflows on your behalf — planning a build, generating components, preparing a migration, or validating output. Instead of responding to a single prompt, Kajoo Agentic helps you move through a goal-oriented workflow with context, structured steps, and review points at every meaningful decision. You stay in control; the agents do the implementation work.

Kajoo Agentic is built around five delivery jobs:

Today, Kajoo Agentic's production recipe covers Migrate end-to-end for Sitecore XP → SitecoreAI (formerly XM Cloud). Build, QA, and Ship capabilities are active across the platform; additional recipes covering Plan and the full Build workflow are in development.

How does it work?

Kajoo Agentic works in three steps:

1. Connect — Point Kajoo at your environments. Source and target repositories, CMS instances, design tools — connected once through the workspace setup wizard and available to all agents.

2. Provision — Create a workspace from a recipe. The full agent team, MCP connections, skills, and tool configurations are provisioned automatically. No manual assembly required.

3. Review — Agents execute. You approve, redirect, or stop at every meaningful step. The agents do the implementation work; you stay in control of every significant decision.

A secure enterprise gateway to AI

Kajoo Agentic is a governed enterprise gateway to AI for DXP teams — not just a delivery tool.

All LLMs are provisioned and managed through Azure AI Foundry, giving enterprise organizations centralized control over model access, data security, compliance, and auditability. Teams operating in restricted AI environments can access the full capability of leading models through Kajoo's secure, audited layer — without direct exposure to public LLM services.

Agents use the right model for the task. Not every operation runs through an LLM — high-volume work like migrating large content datasets runs in a managed sandbox, keeping usage purposeful and execution fast.

How does the reviewer model work?

Kajoo Agentic is designed around a reviewer model. Agents propose and execute — you review, approve, redirect, or stop. You don't write migration code or manually configure DXP schemas. You verify that what the agents produced is correct, and they proceed only when you're satisfied.

At any point you can ask questions, give instructions, or redirect. The agents work with you, not around you.

How it relates to Kajoo Classic

Kajoo has two products: Kajoo Classic — the visual canvas and DX Builder actively used by digital teams today — and Kajoo Agentic — the AI-native delivery acceleration platform launching now. Both are available in the same application and share the same organization, users, and billing.

Kajoo Agentic is the forward-looking product experience. Classic capabilities are progressively being incorporated into the Agentic experience as the platform evolves.
