Sign Up & Sign In for Kajoo

In this guide, you will learn how to sign up and sign in for the Kajoo app.

Sign Up Process

  • Click on the Sign Up tab and complete the form with your details.


  • Only the Account Owner needs to create an account through the Kajoo sign-up page. Other team members should sign up using the invitation emails they receive. These invitations will include a link that directs them to the sign-up page. After signing up through the link, they will be added to the organization and assigned the role specified by the account owner.

  • Once added, members within the same organization can easily share Projects and Sitecore Deployment Configurations with each other.

Sign In Process

  • From the login tab on the Kajoo sign in page, enter your login credentials and click on the "Log In" button to access your account.

  • If the entered details are incorrect, you will receive an error message at the top.

  • Click on "Don't remember your password" if you forgot your password. Now click on the "Send Email" button and you will receive an email to reset your password.

  • After logging in, you can access all the features in the app. To logout, simply click on the "Logout" button from the dropdown in the top right corner.
