Improved

Kajoo Agentic release · 29 October 2026

Connecting Azure DevOps and GitHub is smoother, Recipe Sync shows you every change before it saves anything, and chats keep going when an AI provider is unavailable.

Connecting your tools

  • Azure DevOps sign-in no longer gets stuck. The sign-in window used to stay on "Loading…", and for some people it failed with an empty error. Now it tells you what went wrong, such as consent refused or admin approval needed. Microsoft also asks which account to use, so you can pick a different Microsoft account, for example one for another company's Azure DevOps.
  • GitHub selects your organization for you. When the Kajoo GitHub App is installed on only one of your organizations, it is already selected when the window opens, so Continue works straight away. With several, you pick one first.
  • Sitecore XP Test Connection explains what went wrong. It shows each check with its result and, when one fails, says which service and why, instead of a whole web page or just "Failed".

Recipes

  • Recipe Sync shows what will change first. Update or Re-apply Recipe opens Review changes: every agent, skill and prompt that changes, the files added, replaced or removed, and any warnings. Nothing is saved until you click Apply changes. Skills keep all their supporting files, including ones lost in earlier syncs.

Chat

  • Chats keep going when an AI provider is unavailable. If a provider refuses Kajoo's account, for example because of a limit, the chat carries on with a backup model and tells you once which model answered. The model chip shows a small dot while a backup is answering.
  • Message times are quieter. A run of agent messages shows its time once per minute instead of under every step. Hover a message to see its time.

Also in this release: chats keep running through a database restart or a failed save, and deleting a workspace now also removes its skills, files and tags.

Version: 2.0.21 (includes the 2.0.20 fix of 28 October)
